If for some reason you're not happy with your purchase and wish to do a return, please email us at hello@palmuvclothing.com

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods. 

To be eligible for a return items must be:

  • unworn, unwashed, in new condition with all tags attached
  • in it’s original package
  • swimwear items must still have attached the hygiene protector strip

The delivery costs for returns shall be paid by the customer. If the package is lost in transit, we will not asume any responsibility for it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify if you are eligible for a refund. The refund will be processed and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
